Rule 5 — Registration of establishments and cancellation thereof.

The application for cancellation of registration shall be allowed after the particulars in the application are verified in such manner as may be specified by the Central Government: Provided that no such application for cancellation of registration shall be entertained unless the employer has furnished all returns, paid all dues under the Code and submitted a self-certification to that effect along with the application: Provided further that such application for cancellation shall be decided within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of the application complete in all respects.
