Rule 5 — Registration of establishments and cancellation thereof.

The employer of an establishment to which the provisions of the Code apply and whose business activities are in the process of closure, may apply for cancellation of registration in the specified form online on the Shram Suvidha Portal after furnishing complete details and the status of the contribution and other dues payable under the Code.
