Rule 13 — Statement to accompany draft standing orders.

13(2)

The draft modification in an existing standing order shall be accompanied with a statement containing the particulars of such standing order which is proposed to be modified along with a tabular statement containing details of each of the provision of that standing order in force and the proposed modification therein and reasons therefor.
