Rule 13 — Statement to accompany draft standing orders.

13(1)

The draft standing order shall be accompanied with a statement containing, the name of the industrial establishment or undertaking concerned, address, e-mail address, contact number and the strength and details of workers employed therein including particulars of Trade Unions, if any, to which such workers belong.
