CHAPTER II - REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF CINE-WORKERS

Section 6. Settlement to be binding and to be enforced by the competent authority.

Every settlement arrived at in the course of a concilation proceeding under this Chapter shall be binding on all the parties to the dispute and shall not be called in question in any court and it shall be the duty of the competent authority to enforce the terms of the said settlement.
