Rule 39 — Travelling allowance.

39(2)

The non-official members of the Board shall be paid travelling allowance for attending the meeting of the Board as per the instructions issued by the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India from time to time. Explanation.- For the purposes of this rule, the expression “official member” shall mean regular government officers, officiating as members of the Board in that capacity and “non-official member” shall be who are not “official members”.
