9(3)(a) The National Social Security Board, for discharging its functions as assigned to it, under subsection (7) of section 6, may constitute a committee to deliberate and recommend on the specific issues as may be assigned to such committee;

9(3)(b) Such committee may co-opt members from such Board or outside, as the case may be, from the fields of the experts, on which the committee is required to deliberate.
