The Executive Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: - i. a Chair person to be appointed by the Central Government from amongst the members of the Central Board; ii. two persons appointed by the Central Government from amongst the persons referred to in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 4; iii. three persons appointed by the Central Government from amongst the persons referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 4; iv. three persons representing the employers elected by the Central Board from amongst the persons referred to in clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 4; v. three persons representing the employees elected by the Central Board from amongst the persons referred to in clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 4; and vi. the Central Provident Fund Commissioner, ex officio.
