Rule 68 — Terms and conditions for management of trust.

In case of any dispute or doubt on-
68(6)(a) the interpretation of any provision of this rule, such matter shall be referred to the Central Government; and
68(6)(b) any clarifications on the grant of such exemption which do not relate to this rule, shall be referred to the Central Provident Fund Commissioner or any other officer of the Employees Provident Fund Organization authorised by him; and the interpretation of the Central Government or the clarification of the Central Provident Fund Commissioner or such officers, as the case may be, on such dispute or doubt shall be binding for the disposal of such matter so referred.
