Rule 45 — Registration of building worker.

It shall be the responsibility of the State Building Workers‘ Welfare Board to provide a portal with the facility to the employers and contractor to register the eligible building workers on such portal. Further, the State Building Workers‘ Welfare Board shall also register any other eligible building worker within the geographical area of the State: Provided that every such building worker has completed eighteen years of age and is less than sixty years of age and has been engaged in building or other construction work for not less than ninety days in the preceding twelve months.
