Rule 13 — Form, manner, time limits and fees for filing of appeal.

A legal practitioner or, as the case may be, a presenting officer shall appear before the Tribunal in his professional dress, if any, and if there is no such dress, then:

13(27)(i) if a male, in a closed collared coat and trousers or in a lounge suit; (ii) if a female, in a saree, or any other customary dress of sober colour.
