11(2)(a) A notice of not less than fifteen days from the date of issue, containing the date, time and place of every ordinary meeting of Central Board or Corporation or National Social Security Board or the State Building Workers‘ Welfare Board or any committee thereof, together with a list of business proposed to be transacted and approved by the Chairperson concerned shall be sent to every trustee or member of Central Board or Corporation or National Social Security Board or the State Building Workers‘ Welfare Board or any Committee thereof, as the case may be, through e-mail or speed post (with registration) or by special messenger, and a brief note on each item of the agenda shall be sent along with the agenda as soon thereafter as possible.

11(2)(b) When the Chairperson concerned calls an emergency meeting of the Central Board or Corporation or National Social Security Board or the State Building Workers‘ Welfare Board or any committee thereof, as the case may be, for considering any matter which in his opinion is urgent, a notice giving such reasonable time as he may consider necessary shall be deemed sufficient and shall be sent to every trustee or member of Central Board or Corporation or National Social Security Board or the State Building Workers‘ Welfare Board or any Committee thereof, as the case may be, through e-mail or speed post (with registration) or by special messenger.

11(2)(c) No business other than for which the meeting of Central Board or Corporation or National Social Security Board or the State Building Workers Welfare Board or any Committee thereof has been convened shall be considered at the meeting except with the permission of the Chairperson of the meeting.
