Rule 95 — Revocation and suspension of license.

Upon receipt of the reply from the contractor within 15 days of the receipt of the notice, the Licensing Authority shall examine the same and in case the licensing authority is of the opinion that the continuation of contract business by the contractor is going to lead to grave harm to the contract labours, the authority may pass a speaking order recording the reasons for revocation or suspension or otherwise and communicate the order to the contractor electronically or by speed post.
