Rule 91 — Renewal of licence of Contractor.

The fee chargeable for renewal of the licence shall be the same as for the grant of licence under rule 90: Provided that if the application for renewal is not received within the time specified in sub rule (2), an additional fee of twenty five per cent shall be payable for such renewal.
