Rule 71 — Notice of periods of work.

71(1)

The notice referred to in sub-section (2) of section 31 of the Code shall be displayed at conspicuous places on a notice board or electronic board of the establishment and maintained in FORM-XII and a copy of such notice shall be sent to Inspector-cum-Facilitator electronically or by speed post.
