Rule 7 — Notice of accidents and dangerous occurrences.

7(1)

Where at any place in an establishment, an accident occurs resulting to death, the employer of the establishment shall inform to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator forthwith in a notice in FORM-XI and inform electronically and by telephone to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator(s), Inspector-cum Facilitator(s), District Magistrate or Sub-divisional Officer and the officer-in-charge of the jurisdictional police station and the family members or kin of the victim.
