water taps in latrines-
47(11)(i) where piped water supply is available, water taps are to be provided in or near such latrine accommodation; and (ii) if piped water supply is not available, water is provided by the means of tap or otherwise so as to be conveniently accessible in or near the latrine and urinals: Provided in case of building or other construction work, plantation and dock works facilities of mobile toilets are provided wherever required.
