An employer of an establishment already registered under any other Central labour laws for the time being in force shall within six months from the date on which rules come into force, update the registration particulars in FORM-I : Provided that no such cancellation shall be made unless the establishment has been given an opportunity to show cause, within a period of thirty days, either electronically or by speed post, as to why the certificate of registration should not be cancelled.
