Rule 182 — Manner of compounding of offences by the authorised officer.

The officer referred to in sub-rule (1) shall issue a composition certificate in Part IV of FORM XXVII within ten days of receipt of the composition amount, to such person from whom such amount has been received in satisfaction of the composition notice.
