Rule 169. Qualification of instructors and trainers.

(1) MINES No person shall function as an instructor or trainer unless such person possesses qualification, training and experience as specified by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, based on recommendation of the committee constituted by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, through general or special order issued from time to time.
