Rule 139 — Appointment of rescue trained persons in mines, their disposition and accommodation.

139(4)

There shall be provided at a below ground mine effective bell or other arrangements, as may be approved by the Inspector-cum-Facilitator for immediate summoning of rescue trained persons.
