Rule 134. Duties and responsibilities of rescue room in-charge.

134(1)(i) display prominently a list of mines served by their rescue room; (ii) maintain the equipment and apparatus kept at the rescue room in proper working order; (iii) maintain a proper record of all rescue equipment and apparatus kept at the rescue room and inspection thereof; and (iv) not allow any unauthorised person to enter into or permit any unauthorised person to take out any apparatus or equipment from the rescue room.
