Rule 117 — Appeal for re-examination.

117(2)(i) the employer in case of initial medical examination and manager of the mine in case of periodical medical examination shall forward the appeal to the convener of the appellate medical board within fifteen days of the receipt of the appeal; (ii) the convener of the appellate medical board shall give at least fifteen days prior notice to the owner, agent or manager and also the appellant, for re-examination; (iii) a person, who for any reasonable cause, fails to appear for a medical re-examination shall be given another notice at least seven days in advance;
