Rule 11 — Provisions relating to National Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Board.

If any Member of the National Board, not being an ex officio member, fails to attend three consecutive meetings of the National Board, without obtaining the leave sanctioned by the Chairperson of National Board for such absence, they shall cease to be a member of National Board: Provided that the Central Government may, if it is satisfied that such Member was prevented by sufficient cause from attending three consecutive meetings, direct that such cessation shall not take place and on such direction being made, such Member shall continue to be a Member of National Board.
