Rule 106. Procedure for reference of disputes to a Conciliation Officer or a Tribunal.

(1) AUDIO- VISUAL WORKER The procedure for reference of dispute to a conciliation officer or a tribunal shall be as per the procedure prescribed in the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020) and rules made thereunder.
