Rule 50 — Time for submission of report.

If, for any reason the Commissioner anticipates that the date fixed for the submission of his report is likely to be exceeded, the commissioner shall apply, before the expiry of the said date, for extension of time setting forth grounds thereof and the Tribunal shall, after consideration, pass suitable orders on such application: Provided that the Tribunal may, if it deems fit for sufficient cause, grant extension of time where no application for such extension has been received from the Commissioner.
