5(10)(i) Every nomination for election as worker’s representative of the Committee shall be made on a nomination paper to be provided by employer and the copies thereof shall be supplied by the employer to the workers requiring them. (ii) Each nomination paper referred to in clause (i) shall be signed by the candidate to whom it relates and attested by at least two other voters belonging to the group, section, shop or department, which the candidate seeking election shall represent, and shall be delivered to the employer.
