Rule 49 — Fee for Commissioner.

49(3)

The Commissioner shall not submit his report until the receipt of deposit of fee referred to in sub-rule (2) is filed before the Tribunal: Provided that the Tribunal may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, direct that any further sum or sums be deposited within such time or extend the time for depositing and by such parties as it may deem fit.
