Rule 48. Appointment of Commissioner.
(1) For the purposes of computing the money value of a benefit referred to in subsection
(2) of section 59 of the Code, the Tribunal may appoint –
48(2)(a) person with experience in the particular industry, trade, business or field encompassing the question referred to in sub-section (2) of the said section; or
48(2)(b) person who had been a judge of a civil court; or
48(2)(c) stipendiary magistrate; or
48(2)(d) Registrar or Secretary of a Tribunal constituted under any Central Act or a Tribunal or a National Industrial Tribunal constituted under the Code.
