Where a dispute arises between an employer and any registered Trade Union in any matter connected with the recognition of protected workers under this rule, such dispute shall be referred to the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) or Regional Labour Commissioner (Central) or Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central) concerned, whose decision thereon shall be final.
