The employer or any worker concerned may make an application along with the order referred to in sub-rule (1), within thirty days from the date on which such order is made, to the Central Government for reviewing that order and that Government shall, within two months from the date on which such application is made, dispose of that application after providing the concerned parties an opportunity of being heard.
