The employer or any worker concerned, along with the order referred to in sub-rule (1), may make an application within thirty days from the date on which such order is made, to the Central Government for reviewing that order and that Government shall within a period of two months from the date on which such application is made, dispose of the application after providing the concerned parties an opportunity of being heard.
