The employer or any worker concerned, along with the order referred to in sub-rule (1), may make an application within thirty days from the date on which the order is made to the Central Government for reviewing the order and that Government shall, within two months from the date on which the application is made, dispose of the same after providing the concerned parties, an opportunity of being heard.
