Any employer intending to effect any change in the conditions of service applicable to any worker in respect of any matter specified in the Third Schedule to the Code, shall give notice in Form- IV electronically or by speed post or in person, to such workers likely to be affected by such change and shall also upload such notice on the designated portal, if any, of the industrial establishment.
