Rule 17 — Register of standing orders.
17(1)
The certifying officer shall maintain electronically, a register in Form-III of all finally certified standing orders or deemed to have been certified or adopted Model Standing Orders, of all the concerned industrial establishments, which shall contain details of –
17(1)(a) the unique number assigned to each standing order;
17(1)(b) the name of industrial establishment;
17(1)(c) the nature of industrial establishment;
17(1)(d) the date of certification or deemed certification or date of adoption of Model Standing Orders by each establishment or undertaking;
17(1)(e) the areas of operation of the industrial establishment; and
17(1)(f) such other details as may be relevant and helpful in retrieving the standing orders and create a data base of such of all standing orders.
