Rule 11 — Choosing of representatives of workers for issuing notice where there is no Trade Union.

The Trade Union or negotiating union or constituent of negotiating council shall be given a copy of the draft standing orders or modification, as the case may be, in the language spoken and understood by the majority of the workers, for seeking their comments or suggestions, if any, within fifteen days from the date of the receipt of the notice in this rule.
